4. Online token and live queue limitations
The online token system is only for routine OPD visits. A token does not guarantee exact consultation time, fixed order, emergency care, priority over clinically urgent patients, or doctor availability at a precise minute. Queue order and timing may change based on clinical priority, ongoing consultation time, clinic workflow, and doctor judgement.
5. Tele-consultation and remote guidance limitations
Phone, WhatsApp, or video-based guidance may be limited because physical examination and immediate investigations may not be possible remotely. The doctor may advise an in-clinic visit, laboratory test, specialist referral, or hospital evaluation whenever clinically appropriate.
6. Home visit limitations
Home visits are provided only for selected clinically stable patients after prior appointment and doctor confirmation. Home visits are not for emergencies and may not be possible for every location, condition, timing, or clinical situation. Some patients may be advised to visit the clinic, a specialist, or a hospital instead.
7. Diagnostics, procedures, and documentation
ECG, blood test guidance, procedures, certificates, report review, and documentation support are provided only when clinically, ethically, legally, and practically appropriate. Medical certificates and medical opinions cannot be issued casually or without suitable assessment and records.
