Privacy Policy
This page explains how the public clinic website handles limited visitor and token-related information. The public website is kept separate from private clinic medical records and PulseGrid EMR.
1. Scope of this privacy notice
This privacy notice applies only to the public website of Dr. Jainam N. Shah’s Family Health Clinic. It explains how information may be handled when a visitor uses the website, online OPD token system, live queue page, call links, WhatsApp links, Google Maps links, or other public website features.
2. Public website and PulseGrid EMR are separate
The public website does not expose PulseGrid EMR, prescriptions, diagnosis, consultation notes, laboratory reports, medical records, patient files, or private clinic records. PulseGrid EMR remains a private clinic workflow system and is not publicly accessible through this website.
3. Information used for the online token system
For routine OPD token generation, the website may ask for a 10-digit Indian mobile number and an emergency acknowledgement. The token system is designed only to generate and manage routine OPD queue tokens. It does not ask for the patient’s name, symptoms, diagnosis, prescription, medical history, reports, or medical records.
4. How token information is protected
For queue management, the mobile number may be normalized and stored in protected server-side systems in hashed form, along with limited queue details such as token number, token status, phone-number last four digits, verification PIN, token date, and OPD session. The public live queue displays token numbers only and does not display names, full mobile numbers, symptoms, diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical records.
5. Purpose of using limited information
Limited token information is used to create a routine OPD token, prevent duplicate active tokens for the same OPD session, show approximate queue status, allow clinic-side queue administration, and support basic clinic workflow. It is not used for advertising sale, public profiling, or public disclosure of patient medical details.
6. WhatsApp, phone, maps, and external services
When a visitor clicks WhatsApp, call, Google Maps, review, or other external links, they may leave this website and interact with third-party platforms. Those platforms follow their own privacy practices and terms. Please avoid sending emergency complaints or sensitive medical information through public website forms or casual messages unless the doctor specifically asks for relevant information for care coordination.
7. Cookies, browser storage, and basic website behavior
The website may use limited browser-side behavior such as remembering whether a homepage update popup was closed during a visit or session. This is used for patient convenience and website usability. The public website is not designed to collect detailed medical information through cookies.
8. Emergencies
The online token system and public website are not meant for emergencies. For chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke symptoms, unconsciousness, severe injury, severe weakness, heavy bleeding, poisoning, low oxygen, or serious illness, please visit the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.
9. Data accuracy and patient responsibility
Visitors should provide correct contact information when using the token system or contacting the clinic. Incorrect information may affect queue coordination, callback, or appointment guidance.
10. Privacy contact
For privacy-related questions about this public website, please contact the clinic through +91 91672 87939 or the official clinic WhatsApp link available on this website.
